What does the Institute do for me as member?

The Institute provides training on property related topics to its members.
Members of the Institute have access to a medical aid fund which has been specially adapted for members.
The Institute provides the opportunity for its members to subscribe to an income protector plan which has been specially adapted to the needs of members.
The Institute represents the interests of its members at the Local Authority.
The Institute has representation on behalf of its members at the Department of Trade and Industry as well as at the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB).

The Institute, through the combined and individual knowledge and experience of its directors on property industry related matters, gives advice on legal and ethical aspects of the industry - free of charge to its members!
